Serving the Catholic Parishes of Charleston county's  East Cooper communities we are the Reverend John McLaughlin Council of the Knights of Columbus. Our members come primarily from three East Cooper Parishes.

• Stella Maris Catholic Church - Sullivan's Island
• Saint Benedict's Catholic Church - Mount Pleasant
